For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between software payments and payments made for courses, and that payment options may vary from one offering to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these or other policies, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. Similarly, we have no obligation to offer late refunds to users who do not receive a passing mark in a Course they attended, or who are otherwise unsatisfied with their final grade.

For more information about our refund process, for both system and course purchases, including instructions for requesting a refund, please email support@klaspad.com

For System purchases

KLASPAD gives the possibility to use its system for free and also provides a detailed information on its products and services. Since we allow free trial of our systems to the users there will be no refund given on the payment made for using the system after the trial term. The User can discontinue using KLASPAD if not satisfied with the system at any time. The cancellation will stop the User from any further use of the systems. All charges, for our services are clearly explained before any payment is collected, hence the payments are non-refundable. The KLASPAD refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from KLASPAD. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor. Klaspad spends a lot of time and resources to maintain the systems and in the delivery of the courses. We serve and respect our customer’s view and expect the same from our customers.

For One-time Course and Specialization Purchases

If you cancel your paid enrolment for a standalone course, KLASPAD will offer you a complete refund till the time you have not accessed the second module of the course. For avoidance doubt, once you have continued to use the resources beyond the first module of the course. If you do not start your course within 180 days, your registration will expire, and you will need to pay to re-enrol for the course. However, if you’re taking a course through your company, organization, or a KLASPAD sponsored programme then you can earn your certificate as long as your company's contract with KLASPAD is active and your access has not expired in accordance with the terms of that contract or KLASPAD is still running a sponsored program. Similarly, refunds and cancellations will also be governed by the terms of that contract between your organization and KLASPAD.Notwithstanding the foregoing, shorter refund periods may apply to specific courses and trainings (e.g., for courses that are part of certain programs, you will only be eligible for a full refund until seven days after your payment date). In these cases, the shorter period will be stated as part of the sign-up process for the course or specialization.

In case of long term recognised qualifications by various Awarding Organisations and the Universities, Klaspad shall refund the fee as per the rules described in the Conditional Offer Letter that is issued on receipt of application.
