4.1 Refund Eligibility
4.1.1 Before the Course Start Date
4.1.1.1 Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Administration fees, such as the application fee, fees for changing modules/courses or late payment charges or charges associated with recognition of prior learning as per individual course Fee Schedule.
4.1.2 After the Course Start Date

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Breach of the code of conduct leading to expulsion.
  • Withdrawal due to poor attendance or academic performance.
  • Early course withdrawal.
4.1.3 Klaspad’s Responsibilities
  • Full refunds will be issued if Klaspad is unable to offer the advertised course within six months of the start date.
  • Refunds will be granted in cases where visa refusal is caused by errors or omissions by Klaspad.

4.2 Refund Procedures

4.2.1 Application Requirements:
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the appropriate refund application form, signed by the student.
  • Required documentation includes visa refusal letters, refusal stamps on passports, and any relevant correspondence from Klaspad.
4.2.2 Refund Timelines:
  • Refunds will be processed within eight weeks of receiving a complete refund application.
4.2.3 Payment Methods:
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
4.2.4 Appeals:
  • Students may appeal a refund decision by submitting a written request to the Management. The Management’s decision is final.
